How long does it take to complete the photo?
The process generally takes just a few minutes. Our photographer guides you in making your selection, makes adjustments based on your preferences, provides instructions to achieve an incredible photo, and repeats the process according to the number of irises.
How does the concept work?
The concept is simple to understand but complex to execute. Our photographer utilizes their skills to adjust the equipment to your specific needs, capturing multiple images and selecting the best one. A series of manual steps is performed to clean the eye of reflections, eyelashes, dust, and other distractions, resulting in stunning iris art that highlights the intricate details of your irises. This process is enhanced with the use of high-performance professional software. After the session, you will preview how your eye will look, and you will receive your artwork digitally, allowing you to enjoy and share your unique iris art.
What are the prices, packaging, and finishes?
At Iris ART Malta, we offer three different packaging options:
Digital Pack: Starting at just €39, this package includes your Iris ART sent via email with your chosen personalized effect. Perfect for use as a wallpaper and on social media
Premium Digital Pack: Starting at €69, this package includes two high-quality versions of your Iris ART sent via email, featuring your chosen personalized effects. Perfect for printing at home and using on your digital devices
All Inclusive Pack: This ultimate package includes a printed photograph of your Iris ART on professional Canon paper, along with a digital version sent via email featuring your chosen personalized effect
Other Services: Reprints of your Iris ART; purchase additional personalized effects.

Name and surname of the buyer
Name and surname of the recipient
Email address of the recipienta
Personalized message (if desired)
Buyer’s contact details (email and phone)
Desired amount: €30/50/70/100/150 or an amount of your choice (minimum €20)
Once we receive all the information, we will send you the payment instructions. The buyer will receive a payment confirmation, and the recipient will receive the gift card, which can be used from the day after purchase.
Conditions:
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, must be used in one go, and is applicable to all three packages (Digital Pack, Premium Digital Pack, All Inclusive Pack), as well as our additional personalized effects and professional reprinting services.
Is there any danger or minimum age requirement?
Our iris photography process is entirely safe, with no associated risks. It is quick and painless, involving no direct contact with the eyes. The lighting utilized is specifically designed for safety. Please note that the minimum age requirement is 5 years, as it is essential for the child to remain completely still throughout the session to ensure optimal results.
Can I wear contact lenses?
"Soft" or daily contact lenses are typically allowed during the photography session, while "hard" or monthly contact lenses need to be removed. The photographer will provide you with a lens case and cleaning solution for your convenience.
What hygiene and safety measures are in place ?
The photo station and all equipment used in the iris photography process are systematically cleaned and disinfected after each use, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. We utilize professional-grade equipment to guarantee a safe and clean experience for all our clients.

What are the production and delivery times?
The email delivery of standard and premium digital files takes a maximum of 72 business hours. The delivery of printed photographs or customer pickup is available within less than 3 business days.
What is your refund and return policy?
Iris ART Malta offers a unique experience: discover the beauty of your irises. Due to the 100% unique customization of your artwork, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted.
